Pro boondock turbo running issues

I have a 2015 pro 800 with a Boondocker gt 2860 water to air inter cooled tial kit
I'm running my numbers less than the starting numbers Boondocker recommend to get it to run more crisp. Running 25-50% ave gas to 91 ethonal with the 3 deg timing chip. Biggest problem is when I'm climbing though the trees and have to let off and get back on the gas it loads up and falls on its face. Anyone else run into this problem?

Here are the #'s I'm running now. I was about 3 less across the board, thought may be I was to lean but it did not help by increasing the #'s
