primary spring finishing force. what does it do?

just trying to remember what increasing the finishing force on a primary spring does? raise rpm and slow back shift? raise rpm and quicken back shift? lower rpm and slow back shift? or lower rpm and quicken back shift?

all this considerd with the same wieghts. thx in advance

It raises the peak RPM, engagement RPM will stay the same. Not sure about the backshift part.
