The mark is not as important as the max rpm and the held rpm when in the pull.
If you are trying to use this information you also need the mark on the secondary clutch. This will give you the overall shift out of the set up. To make the mark higher in the primary, tighten the secondary. Add a turbo. Slower gearing.
More important is the RPM held on the snow in the pull.
This trick works well in speed runs on ice with a rider that can't tell the mechanic the state of the snowmobile. There you shoot for full shift of primary and secondary ensuring maximum speed with a set gear ratio. Not real sure what it means for mid-speed pulls on a hill.
The height means that you are not getting top speed out of the track, if you are geared for a top speed of 70 mph, think of how much hp it would take to spin the track that fast. I am thinking 4 stroke turbo...
Overall, I feel you need more HorsePower.
