Put 280 km on my proclimb 1100t this weekend and had an issue where the sled was creeping ahead at idle so I thought deflection was too tight but it was not. It was the primary binding, we took off the belt and reved the motor enough to close the primary and it would close but not reopen but I could pull it back out with some effort. So we took off the fan and face plate to see what was up, spider would slide on it's own no issue face plate would also slide on its own, but when we lined up the factory indexing ink marks it would not slide, so tried moving the face plate to one of the three possible sets of holes and when turned one set of holes counter clockwise everything worked great, no binding. Bolted it back together and rode remainder of the weekend.
My concern is that the index marks are one set of bolts over, no vibration at all so I wonder if cat put it together wrong and then balanced it. Going to talk to dealer tomm but wondering if anyone has same issue, maybe this is the belt eater problem?
