Primary clutch for 2012 m8000 sno pro

Just picked up a 2012 proclimb m8 with 2000 miles. I bought it knowing it had two bad rollers on the clutch. Is there a way to just replace the rollers? Or will I need a whole new primary? Thanks in advance.

Thunder products sells the parts to rebuild the Cat primary clutch. We did my brothers rollers on his 1100 he had one seized roller and a large flat spot on it and caused the clutch to bind and have eratic engine RPMs

It all depends on what you are looking to achieve. At the end of the day the Team 2016-2017 clutch is far better. It will cost you over $700 to get the clutch with the weights, pins, spring etc that you will need. I would also recommend an alignment bar.

Most of the time you can rebuild a Cat clutch for $150 to $300 and be good to go.

If you are looking long term the Team is the best option.

If you are going to get a new sled next year, your money might be better spent on a repair or reman. Either way we can help you. We have new Teams that are balanced and calibrated ready to ship and have all the parts you need to rebuild the old one.
