Don't know where to get it, but if it helps, I was told and have tried some clear silicone on the rip. It stops it from ripping more and dries pretty damn clear. Hard to see at all. I know....I put a hole in my SLP Stirrup vent during install.

Just put a small..small dot on the rip/hole and smooth it out to cover the affected area. Make sure its 100% clear silicone.

Side Note: I'd like to know where to get the pre-filter material too.

I just installed 2 shock tower filters. Anyone ever had issues with snow getting past the filter built into the SLP or other vent kits. That area seems very prone for a lot of snow, should I be doubling up the filter there? Especially on clutch side?

I have heard it is called silk organza (something like that) at fabric stores.

If you want different colors, here is the manufacturers website. If you want just black sheets, the website Skyman posted has better prices than factory direct. Outerwearsracing doesn't post prices for sheets but if you email them, they will get right back to you.

I just got some ordered. it can be ordered through any parts unlimited dealer. wps sells the outerwears prefilter covers, but does not list a part number for sheets of prefilter material.

Picked up some today at Lordco ( BC ) It was made for a K/N filter. Just ripped it in half. For 30 bucks if it keeps 10 lb's of snow out of my hood, money well spent in my mind. Easily did the nose on a 06 900..
