What are you guys doing to better ensure your sled doesn't need a tow back on the first trip out?

Tps grease, track tension, check bolts and nuts, clean injectors, etc?

I'm curious what everyone else does on Friday and Saturday nights in the garage leading up to sled season

OList of things to do:

Grease suspension and jackshaft
Check cylinder compression engine warm and cold with throttle wide open
Make sure there is fresh premium gas in it
Clean exhaust valves
Change chain case oil and check chain tension
Check ride height on rear suspension
clean clutch surfaces with scuff pad to remove belt rubber
Blow off primary clutch dust
Check springs to see if broken
Spray everything in engine compartment with wd40 to prevent rust and reduce engine grime
Check tps
Replace fuel filter if needed-every 2000miles
Check track tension and alignment
Last of all, make sure to have a few beers and garage boondock :D

Haha man you kinda killed the whole discussion with covering everything in one post! You're the man

I wonder if anyone else has some tips

Sorry about that man, I like answers to questions, not beating around the bush trying to get all the answers. There are still a few other little things people do differently than me, but I think I covered the basics for you.

Get shocks re-valved, saw '12 running boards off;)
Half kidding

But x2 on skibreeze's checking of carbides (and hifax) mine are done after last "season"
Also fill that TPS connector with dialectric grease while you are there.

How exactly do you go about changing those pesky clutch weight bushings?
Is it as easy as hammer out the old and hammer in the new?
