powerclaw snaped in half

my 2009 m8 153 std powerclaw ripped in half was going up hill and stopped me in my tracks didn't hit anything really mad and not sure if cat will do anything has this happened to anyone else?

It happend to me also , completely in half Cat would do nothing mine also a 09 m8 153 one month out of warranty,
