PowerClaw from a HCR?

I know that the PowerClaw off the HCR is stiffer, but what is that going to do for me in performance? Better bite? Is it going to be even worse going down hill?

I'm thinking of putting it on my '08 M8. Is there any changes I need to make if I put on the new track? Drivers, etc?

Thanks!

hey

The 90 duro is awsome if hard pack and spring time snow, but you do lose a little in powder versus the 80 for sure. It trenches alot easier than the 80, and digs down in soft snow.

respecfully disagree

Have the 90 duro and is not that stiff , still folds over a bit. I ride with 80 duro and really no difference, but will last longer. There was a thread that many comented on there 90 duros and said there was no trenching problems...JMO

I've had a few 80's & have 1 90, not a fan of the 90, but on the turbo it's probably the right choice so I left it on there. It trenches, doesn't stop wort a crap (still don't get that one, it's MUCH worse than our 80's) but works fine in medium or hardpack snow. Kinda like the CE, if it can find a base, it grabs!

On all but a big PSI turbo I'd go 80 given the choice.

Most of the time you wont notice a big difference between the 80 and 90. My 1 year old 90 was less stiff then my dads brand new 80 when we put it on but i'm sure it has softened up now. I know at least one arctic cat tester that wanted cat to go to an 85 duro track on all there sleds because they say right in the middle is the best but cat wants to keep the 2 sleds a little more different.
