Powerclaw Falling apart?

I only have about 5 or 6 rides on my powerclaw track and I just checked it over and I have a fair amout on lugs atarting to tear and I have a few small rips and tears in the track itself. I haven't Hit anything big to my knowledge. Anyone else had any issues? Thanks!

Same thing has happened to mine, and everyone else ive talked to, its the rivits on the bracket for the top idler wheel, the there isnt enough clearance between the rivets and the track. Also the track is a single ply track not a double ply, so its not as durable.

Is the sled new or just new to you. The track will frey like mentioned above from the rivets and the tiny clearance. I f your track has only had 5 rides and you really never hit anything I am baffled that your lugs are starting to tear. Was the track hanging in the sunlight all summer in Mexico? It could just be a factory defect.. take it by your dealer:confused:

mines been hammered on in soft snow to Ice, it still looks great. You hit something or its faulty. Go to dealer

Just so you know we have warrantied two of these tracks because of them falling apart. So if it is new take it to the dealership and they can help you.
