Very nice work...Thanks for the pix.

That heat shield for the Chaincase came out really well.

Other touches with attention to detail like the plug wires/boots and the SPG knee/console are great.

Ice Age Rocks!!

Clean Sled!!

Very nice, clean build... I like how you did the holes in the running boards... how well do those work for ya? :D:beer;

Thanks for the feedback guys, it's all about being positive! It took me approx. a year to figure out how to get pix on here! Yeah, the outside of driver involutes and hub needed trimmed back to facilitate track & axle designs, it's not the best solution but it works and really it was all that could be done at the time. Good thing is without those outside teeth you have enough room to pull the axle without removing entire chaincase. Skinz knee pads as well as actually wearing knee pads/braces I would recommend to everyone for two reasons: A= it hurts to break a knee cap B= it puts a damper on a good days ride. As for the running board holes, well I had some extra time on my hands so why not, right! The large inserts would be better. Summer project will be fixing sheared lower motor mount bolt, PTO side. We all know how that song goes. Also picked up '09 600 rmk 144 and looking forward to hammering both next year! Hope your Memorial day weekend was as awesome as here in MN. and take it 1/4 throttle! Right.
