Power Commander V

Not sure if I should be messing with this stuff. Do these boxes run things tight? Are they as safe as running stock? Am I at higher risk of cooking the engine? Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what you mean by running tight, It will run stock until you add or subtract fuel. It puts the tuning power in your hands and you make it run the way you want. It is a good idea to get egt gauge or a wide band AFR gauge so you know you are tuning it correctly.

Is it something I will have to constantly change and tinker with? I realize the benefits but sometimes reliability is the key.
