If you need help with your setup give us a call at the number below, We have all the info you need. I'd be happy to help. It would take forever to post everything..

What kind of boost are you looking to run? Along with the turbo you'll be wanting some extras that will help you out along the way.

Supertips (I run 76 grams at 10-15lbs with a red/white Artic Cat spring in the secondary at 0/1) ****This is where I am currently at, but it isn't quite dialed in yet****
Shockwave Helix
Vent kit
Avid drivers (not mandatory from the start, but good to have)
A/F gauge if the kit doesn't come with one

If you do the install yourself, the best advice I can give is to take your time, and check everything 4 times. Then once it is almost done, double check everything again.

shoot me a pm and i will send you a bunch of my install. I a run the supertips and they are stuffed to 92 grams with a cat green. you will enjoy :)

hey thanks for all the comments and help i plan on running 12lbs boost on pump gas. The turbo was used and on a totaled machine we got to remove it from the sled we got noticing there was missing clamps on hoses and cheap hoses kinked you name it also the boost controlled had been turned up all the way so with that what unforseen problems could we run into we seem to think the turbo had been working hard and not getting any results for the rider to many BOOST leaks

powderlites project

Thanks for all your suggestion i will be posting progress i am a do it right the first time guy so it might take some time

well we got it handled installed and ridin 4 times this year May 14th was the last time i rode it snow is melting fast but all is good till next seasons when my full rookie season begins never had anything but stock sled from 92 phazer to o8 Td Nytro its the only way to go cant wait to roll up on any two smokes to so them off the porch theres a new dog in town not really just love to ride and love my HOTROD ON PUMP GAS

AIR VENT KITS WHATS THE BEST NEED A 162 TRACK AND SOME SUPERTIPS THEN WE WILL BE SET I cut my stock track down to 2" helped the roll over seems like i could wheelie over on the 153 track is it possible

Cant you load up the stock weights if your only running 12 #'s. I changed from Supertips to Daltons, I like them much better. Much simpler for changing weight.

done that with stock but only two holes not all three but seems like the censos is supertip you like Daltons is there a price difference heard around 300 coins for supertip

Dalton

I like the Daltons because you dont have to fug around with screws, o-rings and washers. You dont have to pull the Daltons to change weight either. They have allen head screws that thread into the weight from the bolt/bushing end of the weight. They have a wide variety of different weight inserts. I'm guessing the guys that are claiming the Supertips are the way to go havent tried the Daltons. I liked them so much for the tuneablity I took the Shockwave off my sled and replaced it with a straight cut helix. As far as price I dont think they were anymore money.

New Billet Quick Adjust Cam Arms
Suggested list price
$259 CAD / $233 USD
We now offer our Patented Quick adjust weights for Yamaha applications. This method of adjustment allows for adding or subtracting mass from the main body of the flyweight without even removing the flyweight from the clutch. Makes for Quick and easy testing and tuning. This series of Quick Adjust uses our "DPYR" series curvature that has been very popular on the four stroke models.
With Yamaha models it is important to know that the necessary "grams" needed for an application can vary widely because of the variety of flyweights and curvatures on the market. Example : The QAY -62 is often used at 64-68grams on normally aspirated Apex applications(based on chosen springs and helixes, etc)
