While everyone was up POUNDING Lamoille... I went to scout out some "other" country for snow...
...and FOUND it!

12-24-2009: Christmas Eve
Had a GREAT ride planned today! Picked up Travis and we headed for our "destination" 60 miles away... only to unload and find out he wasn't getting spark on one side! Soooo, it was a 60 mile drive back home. But I wasnt gonna be defeated so easily... THIS is why I keep a $700.00 snowmobile made of STEEL around:
Pearl Peak, Harrison Pass: 10,000'+ elev. But, how to get to it?...
Sometimes I had good snow...
Sometimes i didn't!
Saw over 40 head of deer...
"Turnaround" point looking at my back trail... GOOD SNOW, eh?
The trail out... headed home.
MAN... WE REALLY NEED SOME SNOW!!!

Man you need snow I have more than that in my front yard I feel for ya! We all need more snow!I praise your dedication though!

Well, were FINALLY starting to get some snow! The 900 is back together and got 'er up the canyon today... where ther was over 3'+ of fresh powder! Unfortunaly its NOT ENOUGH to cover ALL the rocks... 4' more and I think it will be good. A fun day nontheless!
This was the first "turn off the trail"... IT WAS DEEP!
"Adrenaline Addict" trying to cut a trail up to Liberty Pass...
There was a decent turnout today...
"Blazer" was buried... I sank it trying to get to him! We both just "rolled" out of it...
Just parked...

Two days of AWESOME riding (FINALLY!!!) The snow still isnt anywhere close to normal, but... the 900 is STILL in one piece. (and so am I)...
Hooked up with the "ALPINE ASSASSINS" from Tahoe and showed em' around the Rubies... think they left only needing one A-Arm.
Day 2 were FINALLY able to get into "the secret place)
... and NO, it wasnt the Rubies.

Maybe, maybe not. But every time I go up there isnt a track to be seen, let alone another snowmobile.
No... didnt get unloaded til close to 11:00 and had the sun chasing us the rest of the day. Took the pic and video camera, never had the time to pull em out.
