I just picked up POWDER TO THE PEOPLE and first like to say Dan has done a great job in the past but this DVD is missing something.
It is not 3hrs long of new footage! its about 25min of some new footy and 2hr of BD1 BD2 BD3 BD4 so if you dont have those videos is prob a great buy.
for me I have every video on this DVD and most clips from powder I've seen over the years, also some of the songs are reused from old videos
if powder to the people part of the video was longer than 25min I might not be so disappointed but it feels like someone just threw together some clips and old video then packaged it as "new"
sorry if I ruffle some feathers but I expect more from Dan than this

Powder to the People was meant as a "Best of" powder shots from a;; their past seasons films.
I think it was marketed that way too.
No wonder you've seen all the footage before.
Some folks are just now beginning to buy sled video's and don't have a huge library of them like most of us doo and I think this was meant for them.

(soda pop) Powder to the People was meant as an anniversary dvd. Some of the footage was used in other videos either at different angles or possibly shorter, some never before seen footage. The big thing was gathering the other 4 videos and getting them all on one dvd for those that don't have the collection already.
I'm sure Dan could have made it longer, but he already took the time to put together aliVe not many other guys putting out two movies.
I Loved It. Perfect for watching during lunch break. Keep it up.

It is not 3 hours of all new footage.
In the bonus features we put Boondockers 1-4.
We then took the best hightlights (deepest powder, biggest drops, worst carnage) of the last 5 years and put it together with a mostly new soundtrack (i believe we did reuse 1 song) and included about 20 minutes of never before seen footage (intermingled throughout the video).
