I have had people send me stuff for powder coating, or worked on their hot rod cars etc in my shop that needed parts powder coated. I would recommend a new place in Palmer that has a huge powder coating booth. They just did a custom tube chassis car frame we were working on and can easily do snowmobile tunnels, a-frames, skids etc. I have been welding for years & own my own shop, so I am pretty picky before recommending a shop for fabrication & welding. These guys have really good CNC mills, CNC water jets and they have a good welding shop.
