Powder Coat - Burandt Running Board?

Has anyone powder coated these running boards? I just picked up a pair of the black burandts, but part of the running board is still grey and I want it all black.

It looks like there is 1 rivot holding the running board to the piece that connects to the tunnel, along with a sealant or possibly adhesive.

I'm pretty sure the sealant or adheasive will melt, but I'm guessing it's not that important. If its only for strength then I should be able to just rivot in another rivot.

Any thoughts?

Get some Lord to glue it back togheter. Just remember to sand the coat away where you put glue.

I don't think it is a bad idea to powder coat. Went riding yesterday. 4 sleds. 2x -13 Pro Rmks, 1x 12 Pro Rmk and 1x -13 Summit X. The sled with least snow on the running boards afterwards was the Doo.
