Hey guys got a frantic call from my boss' wife who has not heard from her husband who is sledding in revelstoke today. It is unlike him not to call and hotel hasnt seen him or friend. If you have seen a lifted black f350 with 6doors and a custom expanding box parked in the mountains today please phone revelstoke rcmp asap. They where riding a 2008 xp black and yellow and 2010 apex white in color. thanks

we are not familiar with the area, either are riders. Search and rescue needs to know which mountain they where riding so please even just post here if you saw which mountain they where on. thank you

no sign of them yet, so again if you see a 03 f350 with 2008 style front Headlights, 6doors (crewcab with suicide doors) and a box that the sides slide out on to handle two sleds, 37 tires, please phone authorities. Im not familiar with area but from the maps i found it looks as though most of the unloading area are quite close to major roads so i cant imagine it being to hard to find. It would help to know where truck is to give search and rescue a direction. thanks....

Do you know where they are staying?
If it's the Peaks Lodge or Glacier House, then they could be riding right from their hotel to either Boulder or Frisby. This might throw off the search for the truck, since it wont be parked at one of the snowmobile parking areas.

Thanx for the concern, we had a mechanical issue with my new m8. Fawken dealer didn't install washers on the upper or lower shock mounts. The first float shock fell into the shock tower and I lost my steering. We had to disassamble the ski mounts (to steal washers) and remove both front shocks. By the time we had the repair completed we had lost all visibility. We back tracked the gps tracking to the glacier lodge cabin and bunked down in there. I was sending "we are ok" from my Spot messenger to my girlfriend and sledding partner. None of the transmssions were received. We starting sending out the messages from approx 6pm and through out the night. Revelstoke search and rescue also tried sending spot transmissions today as well with noone recieving the messages either. My advice is don't rely on spot and get a sat phone. We got up this morning and followed our gps tracks back to the frisby cabin. We were heading back to the truck and met up with revelstoke SARS. Big thanks to those guys for coming out! Snow conditions were great and woke up to 2ft of fresh up top. I'll post pics when I get home as I am posting this from my phone.

good to see that the boys were found safe and sound....that would be a ****ty way to start the season...play safe, everyone!
Any chance you can also post pics of the dealer getting a swift kick in the n***s ? People all make mistakes, understandable, but with outdoor products especially, that's your life on the line man....I would be livid!
