Here's another cute one.
Bo and the dems gave out 8k rewards to people so they could buy a new house.
Well now it seems the housing industry is afraid that when that program runs out at the end of this month they will suffer the same fate as cash for clunkers.
That being that the program simply pulled all the people who were going to buy anyway to buy faster and then there is a HUGE hole with no body buying.

So of cource they want to make that 8k incentive permanent.
Another example of why social programs don't work.

BINGO Here in northern lower michigan the dealers are dead. I am opening a new auto repair shop & in the last 2 weeks I have had 3 ASE Master certified techs from dealers stop by looking for work because they cant live on 20 flatrate hours a week. GM's sales report for last month showed 3 dealers in nlm sold 1 vehicle last month

My buddy was looking to buy a new GM 2500HD before CFC & decided to wait when he seen CFC on the news, Both dealers raised the trucks price $7500.00 when CFC came out. Not a bad deal when you got $4500.00 for your junk but still overpaid $3000.00

Yes, it seems the dealers here are dead. I have been watching for about a 2005 GMC or Chev pickup but there are none for sale. Sundays Casper paper had no used GMCs or Chevs of any year. It's scary.
