Ported/Polished Rotax Triple FS

Completely tunnel ported and polished 780 Rotax triple. 1000 miles on brand new rebuild including crankshaft,all seals and stator. New top end has 2 rides on it. Very strong running engine. Includes CDI, stator, and all three coils. Never seized or burned down.

is this a complete motor. does this include pipes, carbs, wiring? nice looking motor. pump gas i assume?

Does not include pipes or carbs. Does include all ignition (3 seperate coils, CDI box, stator). Will plug right into factory S-chassis wiring harness.

Set up with 135lbs of compression at 4200 feet so depending on pipes, altitude, and your chosen operating RPM it might need a little extra octane but definitely not a straight race gas engine. I ran straight AvGas but only to be safe. It doesn't need that much octane.

I'm willing to help with any set up and/or tuning questions as I know this engine inside and out.

Couldn't get any interest when I included pipes and carbs but had a lot of people IM me for parts. Already sold them but they were the Jaws 'D' pipes.

780 bored to 809 pistons (796). Dave Jaffe of Bozeman ported the engine and The Hog Shop cut the head.

thats a sweet looking motor I have seen pics of your sled before and that is one awesome ride love the paint job,
I am looking at a few triple motors now, and if I can`t snag one of those and this is for sale if a few weeks I would like to deal with ya. with the porting what size carbs does this motor run? whats the rpm range?

Was running bored 38mm roundslides to 40.5mm or you could run a racked Mikuni set and be fine. The engine ran best at 8800-8900. Thanks for the interest.

After reading Scott's post...http://www.snowest.com/forum/showthread.php?t=157918, I will send pictures of anything requested to assure you that this is a a solid engine. I also have all receipts of all work done to this engine in order to prove all that I have advertised.
