Poo ?

Ok I hate to ask this... in fact I spent about 30 min googling trying to find out the answer so I wouldn't have to ask, but to no avail... /sigh.

Why is Polaris called "Poo" ? When did this start? Initially I thought it was a home built polaris / ski-doo hybrid (tunnel of one, engine of another), but I see it referenced enough that it has to mean polaris in some way I dont get.

Enlighten a n00b please.

yeah its just a shortened version like he said. the internet has really hacked up peoples english. not to get on that horse. plus who doesnt like saying and typing about poo and not getting in trouble.
