I have a couple more questions about changing the track on my snowmobile.
I have a 2002 RMK 800 156" track
I am looking to put a new track and am thinking about the power claw right now.
It only comes in a 162", and I would like to know what I would have to do to move up from a 156" to a 162".
Would I have to extend the tunnel or could I get away with now doing that?
What about rail extensions? What about if I went to a bigger rear wheel? Would that make up for the difference in track length?
I know I will have to change the drivers as the power claw's pitch is 3.
Also the power claw is only clipped every other window. Would I have to to something about that to run it on a polaris?
I know it is a lot of questions. But I can't answer them myself so any help from people in the know would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jake
