I ordered a skid plate on line from Babbitts and it showed up without rivets and instructions. Is that normal or did they short me?

I even had to pay shipping. My good deal was not such. Any advice to install? I do have some extra rivets, but on some sleds you have to be careful where you drill and the size of rivets.

My skinz plate I drilled out factory rivets put plate on and put new rivets in. Therefore if you know the factory length just add the plate thickness to find correct rivet length. Maybe that's not the case with the Polaris plate but just a suggestion.
