Many of there other mountain tracks haven't been fully clipped. If you want to add the clips call tracksusa.

Did someone tell you it would be fully clipped?
If so they were mistaken.
I haven’t seen polaris fully clip a mountain Specific track for years. (Mid 90’s)
Doesn’t matter if it’s not fully clipped. Its clipped where it needs to be, under the lug.
Good. Maybe I am a little paranoid after the 2016to 2017 2.6 tracks That suffer excessive ware
Fewer clips reduce weight and cost, of course. If someone is gonna run the sled for 3 or more seasons, I would still add the clips. Yeah, they're on the lug bars this time, like the 2.6. Rubber on hyfax still gonna wear over time and miles. You might lose more track speed from the burger and fries at dinner.
I am happy NOT to have it fully clipped now that they are clipped properly, unlike the 16-18's.
