02 Polaris 800 Struthers race ported and polished.
If you only have a few grand to spend on a sled but want to run with all the new sleds, this is the cat for you!
This sled has been on three of the 509 snowmobiling videos!
The motor was rebuilt three rides ago. New crank with big bearing, new cylinders, pistons , bearings and gaskets.
The electrical system is from an 04 escape so it has reverse.
Chassis mods include:
159 Camoplast track
Dropped and rolled chain case
Fox Pro shocks all the way around
Simmons skis
Custom snow eliminators / tunnel brace
Clear gas tank
6" handle bar riser
Custom ghost flames painted on hood
LED Tail light
Skid plate
Engine mods:
Struthers race ported and polished cylinders and case.
SLP Race twins
V Force 3 reeds
Hotter cdi Box
Team rapid reaction secondary clutch
$2500 firm!!
Just put $1800 into the motor alone.
