Anyone have this cover, Poly Snowcheck Cover by Polaris, Part # 2879167
I purchased one for a 163 RMK Pro and it isn't long enough to hook around the rear grab bar..or iam missing something..

Any idea's?

THX, Ryan

On the box and tag on the cover it states it fits 11-13 Pro ride, Assualt, Rush 144-163..

Is there a way to adjust or loosen tension letting it stretch a few more inches?

THX

same problem here, so far I have been hooking the back of the cover around the tail light instead of the bumper. extreme bumper and 2" riser didn't help the problem...

The bigger bumpers will cause this problem. i just bought one of these covers and am super impressed with the quality, and it comes with a undercover too and a warranty. If anyone does not have a polaris cover yet you might want to look at these: http://www.snoskinz.com/polaris.htm

the elastic band on the new covers is super stiff, the covers will fit a 163 and after a few uses they will be easier to put on, but they are very tight the first time you put them on, just work the elastic band a little before you try to pull it over the bumper

don't know the part # but put a 2012 cover on my 163 and it fit great no problem at all very happy.

I may have a mismarked cover
This thing is 2ft from the number and I was pulling to the point of breaking/ripping it..

I'll run it by the dealer and test fit it and a new in box cover to verify.

Thanks

Picked up my sled today :face-icon-small-hap I bought the snow check cover and have a 163 with an Edgeworks rear bumper and Polaris Extreme front bumper. The cover fits great. Put the handlebars in the pocket for them, stretch the front over the nose, than pull the rear over the bumper one side at a time. Once in place, pull over the spindles and Velcro. If you try to tie the front down first and strap the Velcro over the spindles you will never get the cover to pull back to fit over the rear. It positions everything to far forward. Hope this helps. I've had no problems with mine.

Yeah, there seems to be enough material but the cord is waaayyy too tight on mine. I had given up on it untill reading this(to busy stressing about a driveshaft with zero miles on it!). I just got mine to hook the bumper(163) without being around the spindles. It's banjo tight and no chance of going around both spindles.

I'm gonna let it sit like that for a while and see if she loosens up. Otherwise, I can feel the overhand knot where the cord ties together and I'm gonna open her up and add some clothes line or something to the cord.

I had already bought a tunnel cover from Sno-Skinz but maybe I can get this POS to work.

Ran by my dealer and it was way too tight to even get on a 155. Plenty of fabric just the cord was too tight/short.

Tried another poly cover and it fits perfect on my 163. A little tight but should loosen up perfect.
