Polaris Matryx 850 Wont start

recently installed a new pipe and an powder freaks head onto my 2022 850 khaos 155. cylinder liners and pistons look good and compression is as it should be. after installation I cannot get the sled to start. I have removed the fuel pump and checked for collapsed lines and dirty sock and everything is fine. I tested the fuel pressure and it is holding 60psi no problem. I have checked and re checked all saftey switches (TSS) and killswitch and tether and they are all working as they should. I also have excellent spark. I then tested the signal from ecm to Injector harness and I am getting 20v signal. I have 12ohm resistance through injectors. I then removed the fuel rail and bump tested the injectors with 9v battery and they both opened. i put injectors back into the sled and confirmed again 20v signal from ecm to harness. however they are still not opening. have zero fuel getting into the sled. cylinders and spark plugs are dry as a bone. I removed my ecm and tried a buddies ecm and same thing. if I remove plugs and squirt a bit of fuel in it will start and run for ½ second then die. I drove the sled to where it's sitting so to have both injectors fail seems unlikely? only other thing i did was remove power valves and clean them. they might need to be re learned but it should still start right? i never had any of the fuel system appart or harness unplugged during my install. could this be a problem with voltage regulator? 20v signal to injectors but not enough amps? any input would be appreciated. at a loss here.

thanks

Pulled these two conversations off HCS. Pin in ECM, Crank position sensor and making sure you have fuel coming out the return to cancel out and airlock.
I had the same issue one day on the hill and it was 1 of the relays. Good luck. Check back when you get the problem solved and good luck

#1 So update, we tried the orange wire and it appears to be fine https://www.hardcoresledder.com/threads/ecu-harness-repair-kit-coming.1257209/

We pulled the fuel return line and when pulling the sled over, fuel is pumping a good amount of fuel out.
So my thoughts are the injectors are not firing until the sled is started on starting fluid. Anyone have any idea that would cause this? I read these have a computer reflash for hard starts. Would this fix the issue?

#2 crank position sensor loose? or gap is to big. if ecu doesn't get signal from that it won't fire injectors. starting with starting fluid gets it spinning enough signal is seen. check this first. they are outside the flywheel and can be checked by removing the muffler and recoil starter. may want to check coil voltage? you could have a week pick up as well? if it was throttle free play it wouldn't start on starting fluid as that kills ignition.
