Polaris IQ headlight delete kit

Hi


Im new to Polaris and bought my self a 2010 Assault this winter.
It`s bone stock engine wise, but have torn of the decals and cut the windshield down.

I have seen the headlight delete kit with the light already in.
Have anyone tried this part? Is it a straight bolt on?
Do I have to do any wireing?
How is it to use in the dark? Most of the season here in North Norway are spent in the dark due to the dark period.
It`s dark from 16:00 to the next morning around 08:00 or so.

So what I wonder, are the light any god? Im not a trail rider. And is it a high and low beam?

I have one on my turbo, it works good, does not hold up very well in roll overs I have found and I haven't ridden in the dark so I couldn't help you there. its hard to beat the stock headlight

Just get the blade style (male) connector and come off the light wires. It'll plug into the stock connector without issue. It's not as bright as the stock headlight and the stocker is definitely better for night riding. IMO it's a quality product that's meant for ventilation and weight savings.

Im new to this sled and im going a littlebit custom this winter with some custom wrap, some parts from betterboards, some venting, and I wanted something cool that I don`t see to mutch over here. And I haven`t seen the headlight delete yet on a sled here in Norway.
And the delete kit is awsome.
What kind of lightbulb is there?

This one is a little higher quality imo and has a better light.

I have the fire n ice one on my turbo and its sweet. Direct bolt on and plug in. Looks and fits great and the light is real bright!!! Check em out!
