I am listing a light weight steering post that was made by Fabcraft for a Polaris Gen 2 chassis. This steering post comes with a custom billet support system for ultra light weight and strength. The post measures 30 inches long from the mounting system to its handle bar mounting plate at the stem of the post.
Description off of FabCrafts Web Site is as follows:
Light weight chrome molly steering post which are 2" taller than stock steering posts.
Made of Tig welded 4130 chrome molly tube which is .120 thick. These are designed with durability and longevity in mind. A good choice when using tall handlebars where leverage is a concern.
Our "bent" steering posts allow you the same height as our stock posts, but have a large bend in the middle to allow clearance around the carbs when using filters like (PROK or Sports Parts synthetic filters). These are a must for anyone building a light weight chassis or just want to lose the air box. (Some under-hood changes may be necessary)
Asking $175 OBO for the system plus shipping fees.
