Polaris Fox Evol R Fit 09 Dragon???

Can any one tell me if the Fox Evol R fit on my 09 Dragon RMK? Are these a good shock for it?

I ran them on my D9 and they were awesome. Light years above the stock WE shocks. I'm not sure what you mean by them fitting your sled. You have to order the right size for your sled.

I am looking at a used set. They are 18.25" center to center. The guys says they will fit my 09' dragon...but...I think they are off like an assault. Maybe I should ask for the p/n off of them or serial number and call Carls.

I think the correct size for a dragon is 17" c-c but I think you can make 18s work. I would do as you said, get the part # and give carl's a call.

you COULD probably make them work but by no means would they be ideal. you could probably decrease the main chamber psi to shorten them. it has been discussed several time on different occasions about the effects of long shocks. mountainhorse is the guy to talk to....he will set you straight

a shock that is "too long" will add ski pressure making steering harder. it will also wear on you ball joints due to the over extension of the joint. it will also throw the balance of the sled off.
