Polaris edge 800 ves mod, need to sell right away, make offers SOLD
I built this sled from the ground up exactly the way I wanted it. If it helps, I'm a certified Yamaha, Polaris, and Honda technician. Horse power is estimated at 180 hp. I haven't weighed it, but I'm estimating it at about 460-470 due to some lighter weight mods such as the hood, track, and oil injection removal. It's a 2002 edge chassis and 800 powervalve motor. The motor is brand new as of January. It has a new crank and pistons. The cylinders have been ported/polished, cases have been matched/blueprinted, RK Tech head, CPI nickel plated race twin pipes with stingers (very shiny!), v-force 3 reeds, gutted air box (also have filters that go with the boss noss system that I'll be including that hasn't been installed yet), oil injection removed, cases modified for better oiling, slp large pto bearing, powervalves cut to match porting, it has electronic reverse with the TEAM roller secondary clutch, 3211111 heavy duty belt, 3211111 spare belt, 2 3211080 spare belts, 2005 chaincase with phantom brake, anti-ratchet drivers, "ported track", 2008 dragon rear suspension, 2008 walker evans air shocks in the rear(rears have 2009 valving/pistons), two wheel/big wheel, 156" by 2" track in good condition, better boards (also known as snow eliminators), IQ chassis seat and tank, reinforced steering column, custom adjustable riser, pro taper handlebars, Wilwood master cylinder with stainless steel braided line, windshield bag, low blue/chrome windshield, c&a pro razor skis, ice scratchers, and many other goodies too. This sled is a steal at $3500. I'll also include the digatron egt system and aftermarket cover. I have a spare tunnel/bulkhead that I may be willing to include as well. I forgot that it has a powermadd clutch cover tool/storage box and a hot dogger as well. I have more pictures if anybody wants to see them. Just email me and ask what area you'd like to see pics of.
