Polaris deception

Picked up a Slash Pro 165 2022 new. All recalls done. Fuel gauge no go, parking brake no go, brake throw super short, replacement clutch serial number on recall list, dead 7S battery, misaligned drivers, scratches... All this after being told my 2024 spring order got lost.. Pissed!!

How does a spring order get lost? Was it never sent in by your dealer??

Sounds it's like 2 more trips to your dealer than you intended. Snows not on the ground yet. Ask for $100 in oil or credit for the inconvenience and move on

Sound like a trip to a doo dealership they probably won’t trade it until recall is done though

Great move by Polaris to allocate restricted models to dealers, so that it forces you to change dealership to get the model you want. This dealer did not have the slash 165 Pro I wanted but said he got the ok from the local Polaris reps. Paid 500$. No reply from Polaris. Dealer says no problem. Then in October, oops, your order didn't get through.

Sounds more like dealer fraud than Polaris problem . .

Dont see what this has to do with Polaris, other than needing the recalls? Why didn't you check online to see your snowcheck status?
