got an 05 polaris 900 rmk that just had new pistons put in...coils...wires...plugs...and she starts fine at begining of day but then to restart after she warmed up i have to hold the throttle open and pull to start...most of time she starts but 1/4 of time you have to let er sit and cool or drain then pull n pull to get her to go...shes got a service engine light code..."flash flash pause flash flash" ...anyone know what this could be and why etc...

It sounds like you have a sensor/wiring issue most likely related to the work done on it lately. Somethings been left unplugged or perhaps a damaged wire. There should be a chart in the 900 section with the diagnostic trouble codes listed. Refer to that and it should help narrow down your search for the problem.

How is your temp? sounds like you might be too hot.
first off..
its an EFI sled, you DO NOT need to touch the throttle when you start it..
for the flash..MAKE sure its 2 flashes...check the temp sensor on your head just next to your coolant hose..run the wires back and make sure its plugged in on the stator side of your sled in the wiring harness...they might have left it unplugged..
make sure your TPS is set as well...perfect..not close..
