I have a complete 700 nonves with 0 miles on a topend refresh. Lower end has 2900 miles. Motor was just professionaly inspected and assembled. Comes with water pump and oil pump. Magneto assembly and recoil. New carbon tech reeds and reed boots with slp boost bottle. Crank runout is in spec and motor is ready to go. 700$ plus ship
