This EPA crap is getting out of hand,fazing out coal would devastate ND,MT,WY and many other states. Our county with 4 powerplants is well below the US average for air pollution,to bad the greenies cant seem to process that in there heads. It would be great if you guys would sign this one.

Henry Waxman (D-Calif.) and Ed Markey (D-Mass.) that threatens nearly 70,000 high-paying coal mining jobs and could saddle American consumers and businesses with drastically higher energy bills.

Not gonna pass.
Too many dems have coal in their states.
With unemployment at record highs, even the dems don't wanna be seen as anti-job.
I read an article that stated some of the dems are very vocal in their opposition.
