Please help with silber problem

Right now sled is at dealership and dealer cannot get ahold of silber. Brought controller in for a reflash, (sled had midrange bog that wouldnt tune out) reflashed and now bog has moved up in the rpm range. have also had a couple instances where the green and blue lights will be flashing at an idle since reflash. shut sled off and restart and the green one is only on. Checked all wiring, hoses, and installation and all is good. sled has about 600 miles/150 boosted. It also seems like red lights come on a lot sooner on the reflash than before. Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated. Got a trip planned for Monday, and gotta work Friday Saturday Sunday. So basicallly gotta pick up today.

only light that should be on at idle is flashing green, blue is when boost is seen.

so would that lead you to believe that the controller is on its way out or do you think that it may have just been an error for that specific startup

If your voltage drops below 12 volts at idle. It will cause the box to flash green blue at idle(1750-1800). If you rev the sled up even to 2000 it will be 14 plus volts and that problem is gone. More than likely with the oil pump, and and all the new gauges installed the charging system can't keep up at idle. Some of the 12's fuel pumps are drawing so much amps that most of the free voltage is making it run! Pm me I have good numbers for the new map that will help you out!

same as xp860 said when the green blue is on the controller didnt calibrate. it happened to me too. just gave it a little throttle when starting and that cured it. having other issues with the box now. is yours the 3.5 version box.

If your seeing your green and blue light on at the same time when your not into the throttle and just putting along then there is a good chance you have a problem with the boost sensor in the controller. reflashing will not help.

The boost sensor in fuel control box is very sensitive! Although you may have a problem with your box as stated above by (MT.Sledder) There is good chance on some sleds that the vacuum pulse is strong enough to make the green/blue flash once in awhile. I will try out a suggested fix tomorrow that will absorb most of the vacuum pulse and should solve that problem. Will post results! Thx. Chris. i have the same thing going on with the green and blue lights. mine will go away on its own if let it to idle for a minute. that kind of seems to correlate with the pulsation theory.

Silber has been out in West Yellowstone all week so that is why you can't get a hold of them.

I have a question with low voltage seems to be a problem with pros a better battery may be option seems like the system barely makes enough power for the motor to run. If you add up all electric draw on system it is maxed out before you leave shop in stock form.

I have electric start on my sled, I have silber turbo, a/f guage, electric boost guage, When the sled is running my voltage is very steady between 14.1 - 14.4V. I only have about 160miles with this set up , but its been trouble free so far.

I had same problem with mine, I don't have silber but BD.. And now my stator is gone, got to ride 15 minutes with BD kit.. My sled is about 1500 miles worn.. (2011)
If you check out the tread in this turbo category "issues with my BD racegas turbo" you can see some troubleshooting.. In the category "Pro-Ride" the tread is called "ac/dc regulator blown".. Its worth to check out, seems like a common problem =/
