Basically there is no ride out lodging at the Ears except a few private homes.
You could rent a camper/RV but you might end up staying longer than you planned.
Try the North Park Inn in Walden. Owned and run by sledders and not too far from the Ears and Buff.
The other option is SLO at Hahn's Peak/Steamboat Lake. NOT the ears but similar snow and terrain.
