Call Rene @ 250-804-3622. He has Eagle Valley Lodge, close to Owls, Blue Lake, and Eagles. Just stayed there last weekend and love the place.

We stayed at the Best Western last weekend. nice rooms and close to Tim Hortons, but other than that you had to either unhook and drive or take a cab to get something to eat. I did notice when we were driving that there is a Super 8 in a good location next to Moose Mulligans that may be alright it looked new.

Parking at the Best Western is good if you are the first one back from the hill but if you are the last it is real $*#t show.

Super 8 is the best location thats for sure.. Liquor store in the parking lot, Moose's also in the parking lot, and ask any body best food, best atmosphere in town.. park right out side your rooms, it just seems right.. We stayed four nights, two of us to a room and it was like $78 each for the duration.. so pretty good price as well..

That is a great price for 4 days was that per peron for the entire time? The Best Western was 104.00 per night with 2 people in the room 150.00 per person for a 3 night stay. Pool and hot tubs were nice but they closed at 10 pm and you could not squeeze in there prior to that.

Stay at the Sundog bed and breakfast. Jarett keeps it clean and the breakfasts cant be beat. Prices are also very reasonable. He caters to sledders.

Rene's

Rene's is a 10, we just assauted his place with 9 guys. he has 10 rooms and you will share the common areas with others. If you take your own grub you can cook up a storm in a hugh kitchen and he has 2 fridges for taking care of you food. It is 5 minute drive to town if you want to eat out. gate gets locked at night and he has a couple of tv's with lounging areas, drying room, Manny is fantastic as we had her turn on a huge roast for us in the afternoon and it was ready we we came off eagles. Rene has a shop for any adjustments or repairs that may be required. U may not want to be there when we are there but I think over all a quite crowd and you will meet some new people. If you meet Rene and other guests you can get a good idea of local trails that suit your riding style and may be able to hook up with them for the day. as I said 10 out of 10.

We've stayed at Sundog B&B twice. Clean, great set up for sledders with drying room for clothes etc. Packed lunches are great too.
