Pix from Cali today

Ya, he went over the bars on that one!

Here's a few more...hope everyone had a great New Years!

The last shot is a buddies track on his snowhawk that got ripped in half. We bailing wired it back together and he rode out 12 miles!

Love the bailing wire! That's another thing I need to add to my 25 lb. tool kit. Other guys laugh at me how much crap I carry with but they are the first ones to come to me when they have an issue!! Looks like an awesome few days of riding...if only we were getting snow in WI...

Its always nice when that one little extra tool/material helps your buddies get their sled out that day, instead of having to waste another whole day on a rescue mission. I carry about 4 feet of thin bailing wire and 4 feet of really thick wire. If you roll it up tight it hardly takes any room. The thin made it easy to pull the track together and the thick made sure it lasted for the ride out. The knife on a multi tool was able to cut "holes" through the track to thread the wire. I also bring about 3 to 4 feet of small clear hose in case you need to borrow some gas/oil from another sled. Another little trick is to wrap 4 feet of duct tape around a screw driver handle. Makes it compact to carry. :present:
