PIDD left hand controls

I just bought a used 2016 Pro-Rmk with the PIDD. It didn't come with the left hand controls, and I was under the assumption that it was standard with the PIDD.

Were the left hand controls optional with the PIDD? If so, where could I find them. I haven't been able to find them available to purchase anywhere.

Thanks.

As far as I know, I don't think "left hand controls" for the PIDD exist? I have only seen the PIDD controlled by the buttons directly on the unit.

Considering every time you try and operate a navigation system in a vehicle you get a warning screen with an "accept" button, I think it would be difficult for Polaris to put controls on a the handlebar, so one would operate the system on the fly ?????

Left hand controls are available on the Axys trail sleds

According to Polaris' accessory catalog the left hand controls are included with the PIDD kit. Not sure how to buy just the left hand controls without the PIDD itself.

None of the mountain sleds came with hand controls for the PIDD...2017's included.

Correct and neither did the 2016's
My 16 Axys with the PIDD did not come with them - and avaiable only on the "Trail" version in the Axys...
I thought this was odd last season also- but didn't miss it after riding all last season- it is way easy to navigate .....:face-icon-small-hap
