PIDD GPS Screen Buttons Not Working

Hey guys.

I cracked my PIDD screen end of winter last year from giving my sled a roll down a hill. Polaris will not warranty it. Everything worked fine when I checked it in the spring. Now after disconnecting everything doing a handlebar riser kit, none of the buttons on the screen work. The Mode/Set button by the light switch does change the screen, but none of the 5 buttons on the screen itself do anything. Any idea what my issue could be? None of the pins are bent

Maybe a little off subject . . . but will your insurance replace it, since you rolled it down the mountain? Sounds like an accident to me.

just spitballin' here but im guessing moisture got inside it and rusted some diodes.

i'm guessing you will be SOL on this unless your insurance company steps in. would also guess the right dealer would give you a break on a replacement so you ain't out the full $700 or whatever they are now.
