Pictures of fix for sticking 2009 Oil Pumps?

I remember reading a while back where someone had added an extra spring to keep their oil pump on their 2009 M8 for sticking. I would like to do the same but, I'd sure love to see exactly how it is done.

I haven't verified mine is even actually sticking but, I have read enough posts that say "if you have a 2009 it's sticking" to make me think I had better deal with this issue?

If it is indeed sticking, is Cat replacing them under warranty and if so, is the replacement oil pump any better, or is adding another spring a better fix?

If I remeber right, there were folks who cut a small section out of the spring adding more tension.

That's what I remember too.

I would just like to see a picture so I know what type of spring to use and where to hook the end that isn't hooked to the arm of the oil pump.
