Upload your picture to the web (photobucket or the like). then cut the web location to your clipboard, then in a thread select the little icon that looks like a postcard with some mountains on it and a popup will come up and paste the web address of your photo into the box. viola your done.

If you use Photobucket, after uploading your pics, all you need to do is click where it says "IMG code".....it'll turn yellow and say "copied". Then you can just paste it right into this reply window.

Get Photo bucket loaded & figgered out first... Then come find any of us on the max thread & we'll walk ya through it....Not hard after you've done it a few times... But it can be aggravating as hell to start out.
