We checked out Yellow Jacket snow park near Mazama, WA and then went west on I20 to the point where the road is closed. The temp at the closure was 23 degrees but there is very little snow. We did see five trucks with empty sled beds parked, so somebody was enjoying the 1 to 1.5 inches of crusty ice. 
These pics are from today, 12/17/2013. We didn't unload our snowmobiles, this was just a scouting day to see if it would even be worth it. Based on zero vehicles at yellow jacket and five vehicles at I20, I guess that would be the best of the worst. Does anyone have more info on the I20 snow past the berm?
