this is what i did its the same on the other side
with a can on both sides i pack 5 gallons extra ,figure each can gives me 20-30 km of hard riding
Hey Rednytro, did you just dye your seat all black, if so who did it.
I ran a brp jerry can on mine, the mcx exhaust almost misses it, never got to warm on the cooler days, probably going to be an issue come spring weather. Going to dump the exhaust into the tunnel some how

two things about that tank freak me out. one......umm, gas tank....exhaust pipe......see the problem. looks like an insurance claim waiting to happen. and two I want to know that if I get greedy I can know exactly how much fuel I have left.....just me.
So far so good here....I welded on a turnout onto the stock MCX muffler. I kinda like the muffler quietness and also works good to warm hands and gloves. couple rides so far and no heat at all on the gas can.
I run 2 - 10l gas cans on the back. I had a short turnout like Thistle's and melted a small hole in one of the cans. The cans are fine full as they stay cool but when empty is when I had mine melt. I went to a longer turnout and it has been good since with no problem. I would post a pic but can't figure out how to resize them to fit (find it easier to put turbos on than operate computers, LOL)
I built a turnout that just slipped in, worked well till it vibrated out one ride.
Hear ya on the full can, not so good on the empty can. Also don't want to use crappy straps, they melt. I mounted a little fire extinguisher, under the intake, looks like a nos bottle from a ways away, could substitute for a beverage holder

here's my setup................. not turbo'd, but still on the topic here!!! works great & sounds wicked!!! fuggin picxs!!!!!!!!!!!
