Just take the line fom the turbo to the wastegate and install the controller in place of the altitude compensator. It should say to wastegate on one side of the valve. I usually leave the compensator hooked up to the wiring so there is no open circuit and tuck it away up front. Backed out all the way will give you the preset boost level of probably around 12lbs. If you want to go lower you will have to lengthen the wastegate rod first, otherwise turning in the controller will raise the level. there are also more complex controllers with preset levels but they hook up in a similar way.
