Pics Of Bad Valve?

Here are the pics of the two valves out of my sled. Do you think one was replaced? Has anyone ever seen that much damage to one but no the other?

I was also wondering if maybe it was installed upsidedown? Can this happen? I cannot tell what way i took it out, as i was not paying attention to the orientation.

They only go in one way. Mine were the same at 4000miles, one looked okay and the other was about to break.

Good to know. Now i can't for the life of me get my airbox back in the sled!!!!!
