Pics from Uintas on Saturday

Most people just ride right through on thier way from Smith Morehouse. Nobody usally drops the cornice, thats why its never tracked up. We used to ride up from Thousand Peaks before it was private and hit it all the time. Havent been back up in there scence they closed all that area. But your right it is kinda tucked back in the trees, not alot of people know about it. Doesnt look as big in the pics though.

Ok, doesn't look familiar to me and I ride up there almost every weekend. You'll have to PM me the coordinates.:D
And don't give me any of that secret talk. LOL

GPS N40'49.331 W110'57.662. It is south of Double Hill, and west of Beaver Lake. Tucked back up in the trees at the top of the draw. Let me know if you find it SH.

I think Hector and I stumbled across that one day. Had a flat bottom landing for us big time droppers. j/k LOL
But we beat the piss out of that thing going up through it.

matter a fact, I hit a hard spot in the cornice and pulled a sick 180 off it. Only for survival not skill. LMAO

does this secret spot have a name?
I saw another thread where there's a lot of confusion about which hill is yamaha, double, super and avalanche... I'd like to see waypoints for each so I know!

yep thats it not much landing , just straight left of that slide in ur pics !

about confusion on Yamaha -v- avalanche hill; is it one and the same? I was talking to Craig Gordon from the Ut Avy center and he said we in Utah call it one thing and the WY riders call it the other.

Comments?
