Picked up a spare sled the other day

I may have done this backwards? I think you're supposed to make your current sled your backup sled, after buying a newer better sled but oh well.

Ah,650 RXL, Has it been carbbed or still efi? I have 2 ,one that rips and one that don't.. I like to keep em round for spares too! Yours looks to be in great shape!!
 
Thanks, It's carbed and in really good condition. Only things wrong are that the hoods cracked on the left side going up to the gauge cluster, and the center section on the seat is in really bad shape. This summer I plan to put new rear shocks on it, re-clutch it, fix the hood, and hopefully upgrade it to the GenII/Edge style seat and tank.
 
I plan on it, one thing I noticed though a lot of the "catches" for the exhaust springs that go from the pipes to the exhaust flanges, and I'm not quite sure how I can fix this without a welder.
