PIC, anyone know what this means?

This popped up halfway through the day Thursday. Engine light and brake light on at the same time. I can't get the P65 or Pb5 or Pbs off the screen. Runs ok, little low on rpm and stinks terrible! You can't sit on the sled while it is idling, it stinks so bad. Like it is running way rich. I do what the onwers manual instructs on pulling a diagnostic code but there is nothing there,

Looking through my service manual, and not seeing P65 listed for a code anywhere! WTF!

Ill keep digging and post if i see it

As far as the brake light staying on ,I have had this happen a couple times , happen on really deep snow days , when I get a lot of snow in around my brake lever , could not see anything in there , but once it drys out in the trailer for the night , it is good to go again .( but the sled ran good and no engine light , may be two different problems)

Thanks for all the effort! I did a search and found a post with the same code/screen. It had no replies. I pm'ed him and he said I had to replace the whole gauge. Not what I wanted to hear.:face-icon-small-fro

Ask a Polaris dealer/service? I think that would be my first step before I did possible unnecessary and possible expensive work.

I called my dealer on Saturday and they found nothing for this. They have no clue and never heard of it.

That is unbelievable that a Poo dealer would not know or find out for you. I will be very interested to see what you find out. Good luck.

I'm surprised that a faulty gauge could cause this. I've run mine without a gauge, albeit briefly, and I've noticed no difference in how the engine runs. However if it really is the gauge it should be easy to diagnose, just unplug the gauge and see if the symptom goes away.

i believe this code popped up on me a few times on sunday while out breaking in my motor for the first time... i would go to accelerate and about 3/4 throttle id get just a slight blip/bog and would trip this code/det light... my solution so was tightening the throttle cable up, my flipper was pretty loose - never popped up after that
